Global Multilateral Organisation

The Challenge
Across two divisions and multiple duty stations, culture was fragmenting in ways structure couldn't fix. Leadership was sound and the strategy was clear. The breakdown was relational—unspoken hierarchies, unexamined power dynamics, and siloed accountability across geography.
The Work
Over nine months, a series of facilitated sessions created the conditions for conversations that hadn't been possible before. Across divisions and duty stations, people surfaced invisible hierarchies, examined how power was operating, and discovered that many of the tensions they had been carrying were shared across the system.
The Shift
The shift wasn't in how people talked about culture. It was in how they related—and how they worked. Information moved more freely across geography. Siloed work began crossing boundaries. Accountability shifted from what happens in my duty station to what we need from each other to move together.
